1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Reframed ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Reframed provides an AI-powered review collection platform that enables businesses to collect, manage, and display customer reviews. The Service includes features for customization, analytics, and integration with third-party platforms.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Create fake or fraudulent reviews
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with providing the Service.

6. Payment Terms

For paid services:

• Fees are charged in advance on a subscription basis.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.
• If we change pricing we will provide at least 30 days' notice for material increases.
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. While we aim to provide advance notice for planned changes, we are not required to provide refunds or other compensation if the Service is modified or discontinued.

8. Service Shutdown & Refunds

If Reframed discontinues operations or the Service, you acknowledge that we are not obligated to provide refunds for previously charged fees. We may, at our sole discretion, offer pro-rated credits or refunds, but no such offer is guaranteed. If you require copies of your account data, export them while you have access; we may provide a limited export window prior to shutdown.

If you paid through a third-party payment processor (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe), refund requests may also be subject to that processor's policies. We may cooperate with processors where appropriate, but cannot guarantee processor actions.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reframed and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
